Just recently in the mood for a dark blue nail shade, I found this Anchor Down from Essie. It has a little bit of a gray undertone but it’s the perfect blue shade I’ve found yet! Definitely and look at their nail polish clearance section, I tend to find Essie nail polish on sale there – from regular price down to about $6 to $5
