I wanted to share this song in particular because while living with chronic pain, little things like a good upbeat song, brings me to the greatest of moods. While I don’t always have time – nor am I ‘up to date’ with the current ‘jams,’ this song I especially like. It’s by the group ‘Walk The Moon’ and the song is, ‘Shut Up and Dance’ – it gives me a little Rick Astley ‘Together Forever’ vibes.
