Thank you Stuart for this ‘Quote Me’ Challenge! I’ve linked his challenge, so you can go there and read his, if you haven’t already. I enjoy his blog so much, especially since through his testimony I am reminded that with God’s love and grace, all is possible. Let me begin.
The Rules Of This Challenge Are As Follows:
• Thank the Selector
• Post 2 quotes for the dedicated topic of the day
• Select 3 bloggers to take part in ‘3.2.1 Quote Me!’
• And give them a topic/word
Note: Although this is the topic for today there is no specific deadline to it, meaning you can answer when you chose.
My topic of the day as given to me by Stuart is FORGIVENESS
My 2 Quotes Are:
This one is from Matthew 18: 21- 22
And one last one, because I can’t think of ‘forgiveness’ without thinking of this particular quote said by Oprah Winfrey.
The Three Bloggers I Choose Are:
My Word For You Is: HOPE
I am eager to read what quotes you choose for this word!
A-
This is a great way to see something interesting…

Great reminders, Ana. Forgiving has been my struggle of late. True forgiveness requires so much of letting go and strength. Thanks. I need these words. 🙂

You’re welcome. I often times try to cheat myself in thinking I have no ‘time’ for someone else nonsense, my health is far more important or I don’t need the extra stress, I’ll worry about that later. And it’s all wrong, the time to let go and forgive is now. But, my ego and stubbornness gets in the way of giving myself peace in finally forgiving. Till then, I pray, God continues to have patience and mercy on me and helps me with this weakness of mine.

Goodness knows…we all do that…for me it always takes time. And yes. praying does help a great deal.

I’m as hard as a rock! Eek! 🤦🏽♀️ But prayer leads to hope, which leads to change. I’ll get there.

Thanks for linking to my post 🙂
I agree with Kranti. That is my fav. It’s weird though. I posted the Whiteheart song for my Sunday Music post and everyone is saying something on their posts, it seems, to reference the album in one way or another. Cool!
I personally do not like Oprah but what she said is true 🙂
Your second quote is so spot on when it comes to healing.
Great post Ana!

Haha! Yes, I find myself like Peter, checking in with Jesus – 77 times 🤯 Yes, you’re not alone, Oprah’s views are not always the my views either. But this in particular has stayed with me. Thanks again Stuart for the challenge – enjoyed it! 😊🙏🏽

Very true Kranti. Yes. Forgiveness for me is not my forte. But it is a must to live a peaceful life. I like to think once someone shows who they are with their actions, I believe them and walk away. Not always though the best thing to do.
