I’m not sure if this happens to you, but this seems to happen too often, there are somethings that doesn’t faze boys – like the urgency to get dressed. Or when I ask them what they’re doing and they tell me they’re getting dressed, only to walk in on them playing LEGO’s – doing everything but getting dressed!
Yes, there are just some realities a mom will experience with her boy that she won’t experience with her girl.
Happy Meme Monday!

All of this. I can relate!

Yessss! Ugh! So then as the doctors so famously says, we wait it out. 😳🤦🏽♀️ I don’t like to hear those infamous words, but sometimes that is all that is left to do, wait it out and let it finish its course.

Mine is 17 mo and he’s having tantrums like crazy and I feel like I’m going crazy. Tell me it is normal haha

Haha, don’t mind if I do …. yes, it’s normal. Eek!
The youngest of my boys is 3 and is a complete handful. If there’s such a thing as the terrible 2’s, he’s also managed to get the ‘terrible 3’s’ 😎🤣
I like to think I can call out for help and a handful of really generous people will come to my rescue. Annnnnnd then I woke up! And no, there aren’t any people that’ll do that, so I just continue to pray to baby Jesus for patience. Haha.

Yessss I literally prayed today while I rocked my toddler to sleep because he’s been fighting naps so bad and he went to sleep so peacefully. God is legit the only way right now lol

I’m there with ya’ yes! lol I know the feeling.
Gosh, may he be teething, wondering why he’s fighting the naps. I swear I get things done during nap times. Hence, this blog!
Yes, prayer, prayer. I even pray when I’m changing their diapers! Because LORD! They fight that too! Haha!
And coffee. I can’t count out my coffee, I have one a day, prayer and coffee, equals, heaven. 🙂

They all must be! Eek! Poor little guy!
Have you tried the baby Oragel? Although, when the gums hurt, they hurt, and there is not enough Oragel in the world that can soothe them.

Yup sounds just about right! Haha! My oldest is my most sleepy/lazy of the boys, wow, the boy can sleep! He’s in 3rd grade now but I remember him being in PreK and us having to dress him while he slept. It was that or him missing school. 🤦🏽♀️

Lord let us not judge because if one of my kids came up with something as dumb like that, I’d be buying the next plane ticket out of here, screaming, that’s not my kid! ✈️🙃👋🏽

Well I believe that’s just it, Ana. Parents aren’t parenting. So kids are raised by society. And when these things, no matter how dumb, becomes popular, they do them because it’s popular and they do it because of attention and lack of better sense. All kids do crazy stuff, but with the right parenting, they can realize what is going too far.

Yes, ‘hit the nail on the head.’ There are many things that in today’s homes isn’t being seen. For one, family dinners, no interacting, no family conversations at the table. Nothing. It’s just not there anymore. We for one opted to have one tv, it the living room, and we all compromise and share time together. There will be no, each child in their room watching Lord knows what. And things have changed, before you could join a school sports team or club for free! Today, you have to pay. My son, the one with Autism, chose to join a Lego building club at school. It’s costing us a pretty penny, unfortunately it’s the truth, but if we don’t support them now, when will we?!
LikeLiked by 1 person
lol I never saw what was so pretty about that penny…

There’s is nothing pretty about it, other than leaving a dent in our wallets. Let’s not be fooled. 😏
